 After years of experimenting with flavors and perfecting cocktails, we’re excited to share our handcrafted simple syrups with you. Whether it’s elevating your morning coffee or adding the perfect touch to an evening cocktail, our syrups are designed to make every sip unforgettable. Explore our first collection below and discover the recipes they pair with best! 

Vanilla Bean & Brown Sugar

 Warm, smooth, and indulgent — our Vanilla Bean & Brown Sugar Syrup is crafted to enrich cocktails and mocktails alike. With notes of caramelized sugar and real vanilla, it blends seamlessly into everything from classic Old Fashions to creamy sodas and spiced teas 

Vanilla Bean Brown Sugar Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel (expressed over glass)
  • Garnish: Luxardo cherry
  • Stir over ice, strain into rocks glass with one big cube.

Vanilla Pear Sour

  • 2 oz pear brandy (or vodka if unavailable)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • Egg white or aquafaba (optional, for foam)
  • Garnish: Dehydrated pear slice or cinnamon dust
  • Shake without ice (if using egg white), then shake again with ice, strain into coupe

Vanilla Irish Coffee

  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz hot coffee
  • 0.5 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • Lightly whipped cream (float on top)
  • Build in warm glass, float cream, garnish with grated nutmeg

Vanilla French 75

  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • Sparkling wine (to top)
  • Shake gin + lemon + syrup with ice, strain into flute, top with sparkling wine
  • Garnish with lemon twist

Vanilla Brown Sugar Iced Latte

  • 1.5 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • 2 oz cold brew concentrate (or espresso)
  • 4 oz milk or alt milk
  • Build over ice in tall glass, stir gently
  •  Optional: cinnamon dust on top

Vanilla Blackberry Fizz

  • 1 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • 3 fresh blackberries (muddled)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • Soda water (to top)
  • Shake syrup, berries, and lemon with ice, strain into glass, top with soda
  • Garnish with blackberry

Espresso

 Deep, bold, and balanced — our Espresso Syrup is crafted to stir seamlessly into cocktails. From Espresso Martinis to creative coffee-inspired mixes, it brings rich café flavor straight to your glass 

Classic Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.75 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.75 oz espresso syrup
  • Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, garnish with 3 coffee beans

Espresso Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz espresso syrup
  • 2 dashes chocolate or aromatic bitters
  • Stir with ice, strain over a large cube, garnish with an orange peel

Cold Brew Negroni

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.50 oz espresso syrup 
  • Stir and serve over ice, garnish with an orange twist.

Espresso White Russian

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz espresso syrup
  • 1 oz cream or oat milk
  • Build over ice, stir gently

Iced Espresso Tonic (Mocktail)

  • 2 oz tonic water
  • 0.5 oz espresso syrup
  • 2oz chilled cold brew or espresso
  • Build in a glass with ice, garnish with a citrus twist.

Espresso Cream Soda (Mocktail)

  • 0.75 oz espresso syrup
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • 1 oz half & half or non-dairy cream
  • Build over ice, stir lightly

Autumn Spice

 Warm, aromatic, and versatile — our Autumn Simple Syrup is crafted to blend effortlessly into cocktails and mocktails. From Autumn Manhattans to cozy holiday-inspired creations, it brings rich, festive flavor straight to your glass. 

Autumn Manhattan

  •  2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.25 oz allspice simple syrup
  • Stir with ice, strain into coupe
  • Garnish with brandied cherry

Spiced Hot Toddy

  • 1.5 oz bourbon (or dark rum)
  • 0.75 oz allspice simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz hot water
  • Build in heatproof mug, stir gently
  • Garnish with lemon wheel studded with cloves

Pumpkin Spice Flip

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 oz allspice simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg
  • Dry shake, then shake again with ice
  • Strain into coupe, garnish with grated nutmeg.

Allspice Margarita

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 0.5 oz allspice simple syrup

Allspice Orange Ginger Fizz (Mocktail)

  • 1 oz allspice simple syrup
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 oz lime juice
  • Ginger ale (to top)
  • Build in highball glass over ice 
  • Garnish with orange wheel and fresh ginger slice

Allspice Hot Chocolate

  • 6 oz hot milk (or alt milk)
  • 1 oz allspice simple syrup
  • 1 oz melted dark chocolate (or strong cocoa)
  • Stir together in heatproof mug 
  • Garnish with whipped cream + grated cinnamon
