  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel (expressed over glass)
  • Garnish: Luxardo cherry
  • Stir over ice, strain into rocks glass with one big cube

  • 2 oz pear brandy (or vodka if unavailable)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz vanilla bean & brown sugar syrup
  • Egg white or aquafaba (optional, for foam)
  • Garnish: Dehydrated pear slice or cinnamon dust
  • Shake without ice (if using egg white), then shake again with ice, strain into coupe

  • Add 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey and ½ oz Vanilla Bean & Brown Sugar simple syrup
